Burton Albion will be glad to get back to the points haven that is the Pirelli stadium this weekend after a comprehensive 3-0 drubbing away at Bristol Rovers.
Despite their last result Burton remain second in the form guide winning 4 of their last 6 but it is their home form that has really propelled them to the upper echelons of league 2. They have only lost 2 all season and have won their last 8 home games. In contrast, only 3 teams are worse on the road than Burton so there last result wasn’t as unexpected as many made it out to be. They have slipped to 5th though and will want to keep their formidable home form going in pursuit of an automatic spot.
Cheltenham Town may just have found the formula that converts draws into wins. They have won their last 2 games ,both at home, to move above Burton into 3rd. They are unbeaten in 6 games but have only won 1 of their last 6 games away from Whaddon Road, so it will be a tough ask for the robins.
