Saturday Select includes some choice selections that are worth considering for this Saturday’s fixtures however you are looking to bet on the games this weekend. With Premier League to Conference selections, check out which fixtures are on the hitlist this time around.
Arsenal v Burnley
Arsenal have been in stuttering form of late, largely down to the lengthy injury list in defense which has meant fullbacks playing at centre-back. Despite this, they have not suffered a home defeat in the Barclays Premier League this season. They always carry a threat going forward and have no shortage of creative players in midfield. Burnley didn’t spend massively over the summer to their credit, but, they are looking well short of looking remotely like staying up. It would be a huge shock if Burnley could nick even a point here.
Cardiff v Leeds
Cardiff go into this game off the back of two wins in their last three games. They have improved since new manager Slade has taken charge and have been tough to beat at home. Meanwhile, Leeds, have only won once in their last six away games in The Championship.
Newport v Hartlepool
Newport have lost just one game in their last six having won four of those. Hartelpool prop up League Two, with a less than impressive minus 15 goal difference. Hartlepool have just registered one win in their last six home games and coupled with the fact Newport have taken points from four of their last six away games, they face a tough task in taking all three points.
